We are delighted to have secured Arts Council England NPO funding from 2023-2026. This means we can continue to champion high quality contemporary visual art for everyone; particularly art in the landscape, art in unusual places and art in rural areas of the West Midlands. At a time when the funding environment is increasingly complex, we are honoured that Arts Council England is once again investing in our work. The last few days have seen a rollercoaster of emotions, and our thoughts are with those who did not get the outcome they were hoping for.

We have a busy year ahead:

• At the end of January, Watermark will open in venues across Worcester, looking at water and flooding as environmental markers of climate change. Across the exhibition, we hope to draw parallels with and highlight the issue of flooding across the globe.
• Celebrating the 10 Year Anniversary of the Art House Open Lecture Series and our successful partnership with the University of Worcester. (See upcoming talks – accessible in-person and on Zoom, here.)
• Year 2 of our 4-year programme at No. 1 Station Approach, Hereford: the Cultural Gateway to the City.
• Artist Leah Gordon will continue her work in Shropshire looking at how the impact of land enclosures still impacts the land and its access today. Her current exhibition can be seen at The Hive, Shrewsbury until the end of the week.
• Three exciting community engagement programmes with Riverside Centre, Pershore; St Swithun’s, Worcester and Leominster ROAR in Leominster.
