Communities
Our programme takes us across the three counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire often working in rural locations as well as towns and cities. As part of our developing engagement programme, we are exploring what it means to spend more time in one particular place and develop longer term programmes of activity within a particular community.

Schools
Each year we work with schools as an embedded part of our core artistic programme, working alongside professional artists who collaborate with staff and pupils ensuring genuine and meaningful co-creation is possible.
We work in every type of educational establishment from isolated rural primary schools to busy high schools, special educational needs and disability settings, to pupil referral units, and excluded pupils via the virtual schools network.
Colleges and Universities
We work in partnership with regional higher and further education institutions University of Worcester and Hereford College of Arts on several different projects, including The Art House Open Lecture Series, Thinking Differently Project and Station Approach, Hereford.
Home to many emerging artists, we see our relationship with colleges and universities as key to ensuring the development of contemporary arts in this region, and in champioining new and emerging creatives.
We support their learning through providing opportunities to work alongside professional artists, bringing artists into educational settings for guest lectures and tutorials, and encouraging discussion and debate during visits to our exhibitions.

As a family with a toddler and teenager we find it difficult to address everyone’s interests during a day out. However, visiting your exciting and thought-provoking exhibitions is always successful, for both adults, near-adults and tiny children.
