Meadow Arts is made up of a small team of dedicated arts professionals who work part-time for the organisation, bringing with them a wide range of skills and expertise.

Anne de Charmant

Artistic Director & Curator

Coming from a varied European background, Anne’s early career was as an arts writer and journalist. She moved to London in1990, an arts correspondent for various European media and press.

Clare Purcell

Executive Director

Clare has worked as a producer & events manager for over 20 years, including ten years as Artist Manager for the international Hay Festival.

Emma Bowen

Learning & Engagement Manager

Emma has been working as an artist-educator and creative producer of engagement programmes for over 15 years.

Tegen is a documentary photographer and filmmaker working for organisations including Ikon Gallery, Coventry Biennial, Midlands Arts Centre, Mead Gallery, Compton Verney, and Multistory. She has been the Meadow Arts Digital Communications Officer since January 2023.

Suzie Jones

Creative Producer

Suzie is a freelance Creative Producer and Programme Manager working in Mid-Wales and the West Midlands.

Emma Morris

Programme Manager

Throughout her career Emma has worked with cultural organisations that have undergone significant and transformative changes, from major capital and heritage projects, mergers, to transferring from Local Authorities to independent Charitable Trusts.
