Art and Climate Roundtable
Tuesday 18 April, 5 – 8pm
Featuring voices from leading artists and hosted by Andy Fryers (Sustainability Director at Hay Festival), the panellists, including Andrew Howe, Naiza Khan and Sally Payen, will discuss how their practice responds to the environment and how art can impact the climate change emergency.
The Art and Climate Roundtable is part of the programme of events surrounding Watermark, a contemporary art exhibition exploring water, flooding and the climate crisis in partnership with venues across Worcester (January – June 2023).
Following the roundtable event, there will be a live, open-air performance by Dancefest at University of Worcester City Campus terraces, weaving in and around the artworks Flood & Potemkin by Daniel Pryde-Jarman. This will be in-person only and won’t be live streamed.
